Our Story

Zombae Brando likes to explore the world of cinema through the lens of the 70's/80's Grindhouse/Exploitation era. The gorgeously painted posters. The vibrant color schemes and character heavy designs. Hence the birth of Zombae Brando Designs.

Zombae Brando is the much cooler "alter ego" of MD born artist & horror fan, Brandon Ingraham. Ever since childhood, Brandon has always had an insatiable love for cinema. His first trip to the movies was at only several months old when his parents took him to see 'Under Seige' (for lack of a babysitter) and it was that day, even as a wee little zombie boy, his life would change forever. He is beyond obsessed. While other kids were playing outside, Brandon was glued to the silver screen; learning every line of 'Home Alone 2: Lost in New York', 'Death Becomes Her', & 'Small Soldiers'. Little Brandon becomes a walking dictionary of movie quotes and trivia. By middle school, he found his genre... HORROR. Horror movies became his personality. His clothes. His bedroom. His taste in music. It all centered around horror! It was a love he passed onto his friends and his little sister, Becca, and one that was he was always encouraged to express by the world's coolest Mom & Dad. They all fed into his horror obsession... the merch, the clothes, the action figures. 

Cut to 20 some years later, Brandon meets his match, Hunter; equally movie obsessed. They fall in love, they marry, they spend their honeymoon perusing Salem & Sleepy Hollow. Hunter FINALLY convinces Brandon that his art is good enough to be shared with the world. Together, they're building their own eerie, little empire and have committed to living spookily ever after!
